CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: Your time is valuable, and so is mine! To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 80% charge of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged 80% of the service fee. • If you’re running late, please let me know! Arrivals 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in a shortened service or a full cancellation charge and reschedule. Emergency Cancellation Policy: I understand that life happens, and emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your situation. • If you’re unable to provide 24-hour notice due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as you’re able. I may waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. • If you are a no-show and haven’t contacted me, the full service fee may still apply.
